3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
These service providers may include our payment processor and our support chat provider (Crisp). If you start a support chat, Crisp receives the messages you send and basic technical data needed to keep the chat session working.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Data Retention Windows
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we aim to remove active production data within 30 days. Encrypted backup snapshots may persist for up to 60 additional days before aging out of rotation.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. If you use support chat, Crisp may set cookies to keep the chat session active. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Subprocessors
We currently rely on a small set of subprocessors to operate Cueco:
- Supabase (authentication and database infrastructure)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Crisp (support chat)
- OpenAI (AI-assisted content refinement)
- Vercel (application hosting and delivery)
9. Compliance Posture
Cueco is an early-stage product and is not currently certified under SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. We still apply practical controls such as least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and provider-level security controls, and we improve these controls as the product matures.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
